Old Jamestown Association announces a General Meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the Black Jack Fire Protection District administrative facility on Hwy. 67 (Lindbergh). The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm with a short OJA business meeting which includes the election of OJA Board Members. There will be an Election of Board members whose terms are expiring and a planned vote to increase annual dues.
Following the business meeting, Neighborhood Policing Officer Jason Kapayou will address public safety concerns in our community. This will be a “town hall” format with questions being directed from the floor to Officer Kapayou.
Election of Board: Anyone interested in placing their name in nomination for OJA Board may do so from the floor at the time of the meeting or ahead of the meeting by contacting OJA using our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Discussion of Dues: OJA Board will present to the membership a proposal to raise the annual dues to $20 for both individual and family memberships. A vote of members present will be requested.
