Aquacise is water exercise, a light to moderate aerobic workout in shallow water. We have three separate classes — MWF morning, Tue/Thu morning and Tue/Thu evening — available for people to enjoy. This program can increase cardiovascular endurance, core strength and flexibility. Aquatic exercise benefits everyone but especially those with joint-mobility deficits and/or those compromised with land-exercise challenges.

Saturday morning: Subtle yoga: mindful movement and breathing practices
Thursday night / Saturday morning: Gentle Flow Yoga — A slow-paced flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements which are performed in a sequence. Breathing techniques are demonstrated. Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the stretches. This class is taught at a beginner to intermediate level. Props are available at the studio.

In class we reflect/meditate, practice yoga postures, do conscious breathing, balance, move and take time for relaxation. We honor our bodies and we look inward to find strength, joy and peace. My wish is to help you find whatever you need in your practice.
All Levels Yoga – This class is for any level of experience and any body. It is a slow flow class and includes reflection/meditation, postures, conscious breathing, balancing, movement and relaxation. We will be on the floor and standing and there are props available to aid you in your practice if desired.
Chair Yoga – This is for all students. We begin and end our practice in a chair and stand for part of our practice with the chair in front or alongside you. Students modify their practice to their comfort level and enjoy the many benenfits yoga has to offer. It is a practice in which you center yourself, stretch, breathe and flow through our postures. You will practice balance and complete your practice with relaxation.

ROPES
We Help Make Groups Into Effective Teams
Ropes @ PRC specializes in group teambuilding utilizing a multi-station low-ropes on-the-ground challenge course. Our course uses experiential learning to challenge groups to use existing and develop new skills to meet each station’s demands including communication, leadership, and social discipline.
From church and youth groups to schools, businesses and more, the Ropes @ PRC course has proven to be a fun and effective tool your group can use to build trust, learn conflict resolution skills, practice successful communication strategies, and more.
We host groups of 8-100+ participants for teambuilding events from April through September. We can host your group on our outdoor course or indoors if the team desires or the conditions warrant. Our on-the-ground challenge course is accessible to everyone. And each session is customized to meet your individual group’s needs and help accomplish your goals.
Your group will be divided into teams of 8-12 members each. Completing the full course will take approximately 3-4 hours. An optional on-campus lunch is available and can be added for a nominal cost.
